- Sounds bizzare but tastes mighty good. Quick to make too!
-
- 3/4 lb. chicken breast
- 1 lb. mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 large "Boboli" pizza bread
- 1/2 sweet red pepper
- 1/2 sweet yellow pepper
- 1 can tomato sauce ( 8 oz. or larger )
-
- Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Brown in 1 TBSP. olive oil
- for about 12 minutes (until chicken is no longer soft or pink).
- Cut peppers into 1/2 inch strips or bite size. Preheat oven to
- 350 F. Place the Boboli pizza bread on a large baking sheet.
- Spread the tomato sauce over the entire shell , then the chicken
- pieces, then the peppers and finally the mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
-
- Feel free to add your favorite toppings! Enjoy!!
